Michelle’s leadership is built on listening first, then taking action. Her plan focuses on four key priorities:
Growing Our Economy
- Support small businesses with fewer barriers and more opportunities.
- Revitalize unused buildings and neglected areas to attract new investment.
- Promote Radcliff’s strengths — including our military ties and diversity — to spur growth.
Stronger Families & Youth Opportunities
- Expand programs for teens and young adults, including internships, job training, and mentoring.
- Create more safe, affordable, family-centered events and spaces.
- Partner with schools, churches, and nonprofits to make sure no young person feels left behind.
Strengthening Neighborhoods
- Hold regular town halls so every citizen has a voice.
- Improve sidewalks, lighting, and public spaces to strengthen safety and community pride.
- Work with law enforcement and community leaders to address crime before it takes root.
A Culture of Pride & Unity
- Launch the “We Are Radcliff” initiative to showcase the diversity and strength of our city.
- Continue community projects like the Learning Garden and resource fairs to connect families with support.
- Change the narrative: Radcliff is a city full of opportunity — and together, we’ll prove it.
